Wencan was founded in 1987, There are 2 plants in Foshan and 1 plant in Nantong.
2nd plant achieved TS16949 quality system in Jan 2005.
Business includes tooling design and manufacture, die-casting, finished machining, surface treatment, etc.
Output of tooling is 20 sets per month and total product¡¯s weight capacity is over 30,000 tons annually; machining capacity is around 18 million pieces per year; business turnover is over USD 57M in 2007.
3 Factories area: 181,000 square meters with building area 105,000 square meters.
Facilities: 90 sets of die-casting machines (125T to 1650T), most of them imported form Japan, 296 sets of CNC lathe & machining center, most of them imported from Japan and USA, 2 impregnation lines and one chromating line etc.
